Pre-Sorter: VVS 4-1; VVS 8-1; VSTZ
Stacking of variable height bundles to almost equal height bundles enables automatic palletizing of ZIP-code productions.
The pre-sorter VVS processes up to 50 bundles/min.
VVS 4-1: Up to 25 possible stacking combinations. Pre-sorter with one pre-sorting station, especially for thin, stitched or glued products.
VVS 8-1: Up to 244 possible stacking combinations. With 2 pre-sorting stations, for both thin and thick stitched or glued products.
VSTZ: Especially for stacking of newspaper bundles to enhance the cycle time of the layer palletizer robot. Stacking up newspaper bundles up to 400 mm high.
